Terra:Luna offers ecologically conscious tours of the lunar surface. We believe in responsible, sustainable lunar travel while also serving as an unbiased source of information and resources about lunar ecology and conservation.
Ecotourism is about uniting conservation, communities, and sustainable travel. This means that those who implement and participate in lunar ecotourism activities should follow the fundamental principle of leaving light footprints. An integral part of our mission is to promote and support lunar ecotourism as an economically viable solution for conservation and sustainable development.
Our Terra:Luna weekend getaways include visits to famous landmarks including the Peary Crater, Apollo landing sites, or day trips to lunar maria of your choice.
The Terra:Luna Conservation Trust has sites at Mare Tranquillitatis, Mare Vaporum, Mare Nubium, Mare Australe and Mare Cognitum which offer excellent opportunities for exploring lunar hiking trails with the purchase a 4-day or 7-day Terra:Luna Pass. The trust also offers 3 and 6 month residencies for individuals researching lunar ecology and coonservation
The lunar colony is a closed loop system. Visitors are required by lunar law to complete an orientation session before travelling to the surface. Terra:Luna offers preparatory workshops ranging from daytripper orientation to lunar residency inductions.
